Continue or not?

there is a very serious decision wanna ask from u guys? Monopoly-customize T-shirt this business we want to continue or not?

For me is not, and here are the reason i think of :-
1st, now we better concentrate on our FYP better than concentrate on customize T-shirt.
won't u feel that we have more time to prepare our crit if u didt do t-shirt?

2nd, we actually earn not much. Ya, we now is just beginning cannot treat this as real profit we will earn in future, but then we do on free time also wont produce as much as we tot. One day 1 person do one t-shirt pure profit is RM20 let say, it is just a normal promoter salary. Why not we can do freelance, so that u guys can earn more if u guys wanna earn money.

3rd, i think this T-shirt business more important is let u gain the experience and not the way u going to survive in future. Butik this field really too many compatiber (english sucks,dunno spell) So, for now ppl think u r fresh, can customize wat ppl wan, more 1-2 years, anyone can just replace ur idea. They can customize T-shirt for ppl too.

4th, I think every job can be famous can be popular, but then if we wan start this field. We have to start after grad is better than now when we need more time in FYP. but then after grad if u guys still wanna continue then good lo.But then after grad i dunno where u guys gone alr. so cannot promise anything first. may be i not in malaysia also ler. xD

actually we having a more valuable skill which is our animation skill or multimedia skill that only freelance can earn 2000-2500 per month alr. why we still have to work hard for to earn 20 bucks by 20 bucks. I know some of us are very enjoying customize t-shirt. but then i still think that we shud try on the field we study first before the generation changed. After butik u wan work as multimedia designer i think no one wan u alr. cause u r out dated.

So, pls think carefully before u all wanna continue. i opened a poll to let u all choose wanna continue or not.. let us see the majority willing.( the poll might got problem, pls comment if u cant poll.)

Presentation of Cyber-P will be on this tuesday, coming tuesday, 10am. 10 mins long only. All memebers have to be ther. if not the person who absent will be failed and who;e group will deduce 25% marks. The presentation is not allowed to more than 10 mins even one sec.

Ur TASK

Hey, Guys and girls, here is a very serious announcement. lol.. I need finalize all the design , bla bla bla... printed or anything be done on thursday, and we will have a gathering or workshop on thursday night to paint as much as T-shirt as we can. So what is the finalize mean is u designed something ( for example is A bird) then u consult to client alr and finalize it and printed out in a proper and excalty the size we going to paint on shirt. Thats the finalize thing we need on this thursday (18-12-2008).

Big Serious Problem

Okay, simplify it here :-

1. XS size female t-shirt out of stock. earliest also need Tuesday hui bing's dad will get it and next sunday we get from hui bing's fren. We will lack of the size of T-shirt.
How? Can suggest solution in comment.

2. Miso cannot print and we make sure laser cannot print for this alr. So, what now?
vincent ink is over 100 bucks. Kong's printer head is broken, cannot use.
Cyberia printing only laser. i think HB also.

T.T i will try my best to help u all to solve all this problem but then. if cant... i am sorry.. lol

Basically i really dunno the design they wan. So, what we need to do is, i will seperate in groups and we settle those we incharge. (you can give comment on this decision)

after u done ur orders pls do help others group to finish their t-shirt as soon as possible, i prefer will be done all the t-shirt before 17 DEC  so we have 6 days left. arrange the time properly. we have somemore holiday and weekend and crit in the middle of this short 6 days. 

Our usage of finance around 350 bucks now including 30 T-shirt costs. I think we no need to collect money yet since t-shirt money is not rush yet and we can pay when we get sold those t-shirt, hope so.  Pls keep on promote because now we aim for 32-35. thanks.. good luck in Study.

Schedule and tonite planning

Okay, here i am very sorry that suppose today we have a booth but then the stupid leader forgot today booth thingy so we start from tmr then. Sorry sorry. 

Here is a very simple Time schedule for the booth:-

Wednesday - 9-11am - Carlyn and Ah Wee

3-5pm- Ah Kit and Shiew Woei

3-5pm- Ooi Shin and Ah Kong

Monday- (FA crit) as i know lecturer need us to stay there until it is over, so we cant let hui bing sendiri jaga booth only. so we will temporary close our booth.

Tuesday-   9-11am - Ah Kong and Ah Wee

                          11-1pm - Ah Kit andHui Bing 

  1-3pm-Carlyn and and Ooi Shin

I know it cant be totaly fair enough but then i think we "is" a team so shud be ok to tolerance abit. Who ever free is encourage go help on booth and ppl whose name in list pls attend on time and be the chairman there. Means u r the one to reponsible for the booth on ur time slot.. thank you.

Today is tuesday, Mission is 1 ppl have to finish their one t-shirt. Painting time is after dinner and will be in Ah wee's house, sorry if we always go there. We have no better choice. lol. See u all tonite.  Have a good time

Important NEWS

Many things got changes in this weekend, 

so, the first thing is the "lou sai" didt call me and he alr one day delay to one day,

is totally not reliable and I think we cant deal with them anymore. I mean the lou sai. 

Because it is too risky that can cause us no T-shirt in the end, although it is cheap

but no t-shirt is useless even it free. So, my backup plan is Bing's dad's butik.

I alr order from her because is the last order for her before she come back to cyber. 

Sorry if i didt ask for everyone opinion, no time to let me do all of this. RUSH!

Anyway, our official website is alr launch as u know and u all spred it out alr,

in the website we did mentioned that simple design is RM 20 and RM 25 for complicated 

design. So, the problem is here, what is the simple design or complicated? Who going to judge that?

Is it everytime ppl ask have to discuss among 10 of us? impossible rite? So, I suggest give Say Khai to be the judge to judge all of it. To judge what is simple what is complicated. U think ok or not? One ppl to judge so no need cross among all the members. 

Beside tat, we received some VERY complicted design until we very hard to paint it, so, what khai suggested is we buy 10 fabric print paper to print for those VERY complicated design. but it is quite expensive so we will count it RM25 for selling price. ^^ any suggestion pls comment.

Good news and bad news.

Today i went KL, result is 0, zero. mean nothing. I cant see the sample of the shirt and nothing for the blank t-shirt. He just keep telling me will give me but i really worry. not reliable enough. Then wat i think is we need a backup , then our backup is hui bing's butik. hohoho.. Rm10 but tuesday morning like that only deliver. Anyway it is our backup plan. The "lou sai" butik say sat will give me lerrr. Then i hope really can get la.. if not we call hui bing's papa. lol.. Okay, thats the bad news, and the good news is we got booth alr. Ah val book the booth till now wanna sick alr and finally get 2 weeks of booth!! yea!!! thank you 38 val. and then website is on the way to on. ^^ Tmr (sat) i will go to kl again buy button and try to take clothes.

To update ur information.

From the report, i found that some of us quite confused about our info like price and series all that.

So, here i gonna update u all wat is the new things here.

We will sell our T-shirt on Rm20, and for the 19.90 or 20 i think is just no different. 

So, conclusion is RM20.

about the series, we wanna make it simple, so it is 2 series, one is " I want to be.." and second is customize series. hose naughty naugthy or wat series we put in customize series, cause like naugthy one cannot let lecturer know also. lol..  

then the shirt i still in order progress and hope can get it by tmr, then pass to u all and u guys paint the t-shirt before tuesday. 

Booth in booking progress too. Schedule of booth will out soon and next week we sell till 16-17 dec.

How Much we gonna sell?

I quite confused about the price that we gonna sell, however now our basic cost is around 11 to 12 only, are we going to sell RM 25 or RM20? we have to consider outside got alot cheap t-shirt with better quality, and cyberjaya ppl very kiam siap, so how much u thin we have to sell? just put in comment. thx

i alr book our final presentation time slot and it will be on 23 DEC 2008

Compulsory for full group attendance. So anyone who cant make it

pls leave a comment here as fast as u can , so that i can change the time slot tmr.

Act she didt give much of time for us also, the time we available is tuesday and thursday

10am to1pm and 5pm to 7pm only.
